All returns require a return authorization number. Custom items and frame substitutions cannot be returned.
Shipping Policy
We ship orders with FedEx ground. We calculate the shipment cost when the order is completed and boxed. We do this to provide the lowest possible cost for each shipment that leaves our facility.
